Ultimate Shoutout

Overlay URL

Use this URL as a Browser Source in OBS Studio (1920×1080, transparent background)

Shoutout Settings

Theme & Layout

Look, position and what's shown

Swaps the theme's main colour: progress bars, badges and highlights. Leave it on Twitch purple to keep each theme's own colours.

Snow, sakura, sparkles, stamps and the other little animations some themes have.

Chat Commands

Command word, permissions and spam limits

Commands: !so <username>, !shoutout <username>, !so hide/show

Usernames separated by commas. Shoutouts and raids for these accounts are quietly skipped. Handy for bots.

Minimum time between shoutout commands from the same chatter. 0 = off.

Limits how many shoutout commands one person can send in a rolling window. 0 max = off.

When the queue is full, new shoutout commands are rejected.

Sent to chat when a command is blocked by spam protection or the queue is full.

Clip Source

Where clips come from

Twitch API

Optional app keys

Needed for the Test button, API fallback, and LIVE badge. Create a free app at dev.twitch.tv.

Saved in your browser and added to the overlay URL when you click Generate. Keep your overlay URL private.

Clip Filters

Which clip gets picked

0 = no limit. Example: min 10, max 60 for clips between 10–60 seconds.

0 = no limit.

Part of a game's name is enough: "Assassin" finds every Assassin's Creed game. One game at a time.

Skips the last few clips already shown this session.

Subscriber Clips

Clips for subs, a profile card for followers

Before each shoutout, Streamer.bot checks whether the person subscribes to or follows your channel. Subscribers get a clip. Followers get a card with their profile picture instead. After turning this on, copy the overlay URL again and paste it over the old one in OBS.

Behavior

Timing, raids, sound and testing

Hides automatically when the clip finishes playing.

Max length cuts long clips short (0 = play the whole clip). Stay after clip keeps the card up for a few seconds before it hides.

If a shoutout is already playing, additional triggers are queued and play in order when the current one finishes.

Sent when someone tries to shoutout a streamer who opted out globally. Variables: %username%. Opt-out page

When someone raids your channel, automatically shoutout the raiding streamer.
