  • New “Samurai” preset. Your count is painted in ink on a brush stroke across a red sun, with a hanko seal stamped beside it and cherry blossoms drifting past. On every death the blade glints, a katana slash streaks across, time hangs for a beat, and the number splits cleanly in two along the cut before the new count is brushed back in. Every 10th death is a cross slash that cuts it into four. Pick the seal, colours, slash direction, backdrop, size and sound volume.
  • New ASCII preset. A 3D skull made of text characters sways over a character fire; on each death it bites, the old number shatters and the new one slams in. Pick from six palettes or your own colours, and toggle the skull, fire, glow, screen shake and impact sound.
  • Rebuilt the “Thanos Snap” preset to look like the film. The count flashes as the gauntlet snaps, greys to ash in patches and crumbles away on the wind, then the dust flows back in and reforms as the new count. Pick the wind direction, whether it reforms, the flash and the snap sound.
  • New “Frostbite” preset. Your count is frozen in a block of ice with icicles hanging underneath. Every death snaps an icicle off and it shatters on the floor. Break them all and the whole block explodes, then freezes back over. Pick the ice colour, how many icicles, snowfall and ice sounds.
  • Rebuilt the “Halloween” preset. A carved jack-o’-lantern with flickering candlelight, a bat swarm and a dangling spider on every death, and a lightning strike every 10th death.
  • Rebuilt the “Tombstone” preset. A weathered gravestone under the moon: lightning strikes, the crow takes off, a ghost rises out of the grave and the new count gets chiselled in. The stone cracks more as deaths pile up and loses a corner at 100. Pick the stone colour and turn each effect on or off, including an optional thunder sound.
